Dr. Akanksha
Assistant Professor
Dr. Akanksha Pandey is an Assistant Professor in Plastic and Polymer Engineering at the School of Engineering, PlastIndia International University (PIU), Vapi, Gujarat. Before joining the university, she was serving as a postdoctoral researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B). In her pursuit of academic excellence, she holds a doctorate in polymer science and engineering from IIT Roorkee (IIT-R). During her doctorate, she received the Prof. B.B. Pandey Memorial Award for outstanding contribution in pavement engineering. From her academic and research journey, she has gained experience in several areas, including rheology, polymer composites, pavement materials, and 3D printing.
