Plastindia International University and University of Massachusetts, Lowell, USA signed Partnership Service Agreement and Comprehensive Long Term Engagement MoU on 07th October, 2016 with the objective of supporting the establishment of world class engineering programs at Plastindia International University.


About HR round table workshop

Workshop on “Challenges of Workforce Development for Indian Plastic Industry” is being organized by Plastindia International University and University of Massachusetts, Lowell (UMass, Lowell) on the occasion of Plastindia Exhibition 2018 on 9th February 2018 at Mahatama Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. The Round Table Workshop will provide a platform where Academicians along with HR Heads, Industry Experts & Research Heads will discuss current scenario regarding the manpower in Plastics Industry and how it can be resolved.

During this workshop, a delegation from UML led by Dr. Joseph Hartman, Dean, Francis College of Engineering, Dr. David Kazmer, Department Chair, Plastics Engineering, Francis College of Engineering, Dr.Steve Driscoll, Professor Emeritus, Francis College of Engineering and Dr.Ramaswamy Nagarajan, Professor, Faculty Director – HEREOS, Francis College of Engineering will be leading discussion along with PIU team and Plastic Industry leaders.
